The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and spacious, allowing for easy navigation even for senior people. I especially appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with no stairs or obstacles that would make it difficult for me to move around comfortably.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there were more assistance provided by the children working there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Hills. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including organizing drivers and offering complimentary massages by the pool. the accommodation was stunning, with clean and comfortable rooms. the highlight was the pool, which had amazing views of Uluwatu and the ocean in the distance. the location was perfect, with quick access to busier areas with great cafes and bars. As young people, we really appreciated the boutique feel of the property.

Personally, I found the choice of deck and/or garden a bit overwhelming. While some may enjoy this feature, I would have preferred a simpler setup.

The idyllic surroundings, personalised service, stunning villas and a fusion menu made my stay unforgettable. The common pool, spa services, and 24/7 gym were a bonus.

Oh, and I absolutely hated the fact that I had to leave this heavenly place! What a disappointment!

Our villa, Santorini, was absolutely breathtaking with its stunning views and luxurious amenities. the location, slightly outside the main village, offered beautiful views and we found using the Grab app for transportation to be very convenient. the breakfast was perfect and the entire team at Hidden Hills, led by Max, made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was prompt and responsive in their communication, which we really appreciated. They even went above and beyond to have our room ready early and surprised us with rose petals in the jacuzzi for our special occasion. The Joglo room we stayed in was well-decorated, comfortable, and had a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and the freshest we had during our trip. The bed was comfy and extra pillows were provided without having to ask. The staff was kind enough to provide transportation to and from dinner, making our stay even more convenient.

The highlight was the bathroom, with a glass front and a bathtub where you could enjoy the view while relaxing. The glass door to the terrace was a brilliant design idea. The food quality for breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the staff was highly receptive and quick to assist. The WhatsApp groups for each villa made communication easy and efficient. The overall experience and customer service exceeded expectations.
